80 Square Meters of Pure Visual Power
Across 80 square meters, 15 monumental works by Jim Kong unfold — a visual clash between pop culture, social critique, and pure painting. Each work carries a political message — sometimes unmistakable, sometimes hidden beneath dense layers of symbolism.
With playful ease and a sharp, critical eye, Jim Kong fuses reality and fiction into vibrant, thought-provoking images of our time. Humor and gravity, beauty and abyss, are often separated by just a single brushstroke. From the photorealistic sheen of a sensual close-up to the wild, almost chaotic tangle of figures, icons, and metaphors, a charged dialogue of styles and techniques emerges.
Stepping into this exhibition means entering a visual labyrinth — bold, direct, and full of hidden clues to our present. An invitation to all who are ready to see beyond the surface.

I explore the dynamics of power and the ways large structures shape human experience. My work moves between political allegory, societal reflection and inner transformation, revealing the tensions that arise where personal truth meets collective systems.
By combining bold iconography with psychological resonance, I try to create paintings that challenge perception and invite viewers to re-examine the world around them.
